This place was fairly clean and had amazing staff and location. I loved the room with the hot tub. It was impressive, bigger then in most Duluth hotels. The staff were efficient the whole time of my stay. Also, location was comfy, around 10-15 minutes walk from Symphony Hall. Affordable hotel set in the very nice area.

The rooms were large, newly renovated, and located in a unique hotel. the hotel's location is perfect for reaching the Bayfront concert venue easily. It's also really close to Grandma's restaurant, Canal Park, Bentleyville, breweries, and historical places.

The place was super clean and the staff were awesome! I requested a king studio and it was pretty spacious with a window that looked outside. 🌟 Plus, the airport was just 0.5 miles away, which was really convenient!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Canal and downtown, making it easy to explore the area and visit nearby restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with kitchenettes and excellent lighting. Guests can also enjoy the attached Old Chicago, Hoops, and Duluth coffee establishments.

The room service was poor during our stay, as towels and coffee were not restocked, and the handle on the kitchen tap broke. Additionally, there were some issues with the breakfast service, with items like coffee and syrup frequently running out.
